tebIQ is an AI medical scribe built by one emergency physician, on night shifts, for the way emergency medicine actually documents.

About

Built on shift.

I'm Dr. Mohammad Chelehmalzadeh, an emergency physician. I still work ER shifts, and tebIQ is the tool I use on them.

I built it on night shifts because the scribes I tried didn't understand emergency medicine. They transcribed well enough, but an emergency note isn't a transcript — it's the medical decision-making that justifies what I did and the billing that follows from it. Nobody building those tools had ever leveled a chart on MDM or written a critical-care attestation at 3 a.m. So between patients, I built the one that does.

tebIQ is made by TebScribe LLC — my company, one founder, no boardroom. When something breaks, the person who fixes it is the person who uses it on the next shift. When a pilot physician reports a problem, I read the message myself.

What I will and won't do with your data is written down and signed on the pledge page. How the product protects clinical data is on the security page. That's the whole story: a working ER doctor, a product he needed, and a company built around keeping that promise.
