These terms govern your use of the tebIQ application and service. By creating an account or using tebIQ, you agree to them. tebIQ is intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals.

1. The service

tebIQ is a clinical documentation assistant. It provides a free tier and paid subscription options. Features per tier are described in the app and may change as the product evolves.

2. Free tier

The free tier includes on-device dictation and a monthly allowance of premium AI notes. On-device transcription processes audio locally on your device.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and auto-renewal

Paid subscriptions are billed through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) or our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date; manage or cancel through your app store account. Prices and included features are shown at the point of purchase.

4. Acceptable use & clinical responsibility

tebIQ is an assistive clinical-documentation tool. It supports your documentation; it does not practice medicine, provide medical advice, diagnose, treat, or make clinical decisions, and it is not a substitute for your professional judgment. Using tebIQ does not create a doctor–patient relationship between tebIQ or TebScribe LLC and any patient.

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or wrong. tebIQ uses artificial intelligence to produce drafts and suggestions, which can contain errors or omissions and are provided without any warranty of accuracy or fitness for clinical use. Every output must be independently reviewed and verified by you before it is relied upon or used in patient care.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, editing, and approving all content before entering, copying, pasting, or exporting it into any patient record.

The moment you copy, paste, export, or otherwise place content into a patient's chart, that content becomes your note — not tebIQ's. By doing so you affirm, each and every time, that you have read and verified it in full; that it is accurate, complete, and clinically appropriate for that patient; that it reflects your own independent clinical judgment and your own examination and decision-making; and that you adopt it as your own professional documentation. You take sole ownership of and full, exclusive responsibility for it.

TebScribe LLC and tebIQ bear no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any note, entry, order, plan, or record you approve, sign, paste, or file, or for any clinical decision, diagnosis, treatment, billing, or coding based on it — regardless of whether the content originated as an AI-generated draft. tebIQ produces drafts; you decide what enters the medical record, and that decision, and everything that follows from it, is yours alone. Nothing in the product — including any suggestion, score, calculation, screening prompt, or pre-written text — substitutes for your professional judgment or transfers any part of your clinical or documentation responsibility to us.

You are also responsible for the accuracy of the medical record and for obtaining any patient consents required by law for recording or documentation. Do not use tebIQ for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable healthcare or privacy regulations.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the notes and content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that content to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

tebIQ is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TebScribe LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

You may stop using tebIQ and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or to protect the service and its users.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at TebScribe LLC’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
